We pride ourselves on the quality of our product.  If you need any help with your unit or have questions, please email phil or gary for help.

Warranty Returns

Level-Loc is warranted directly from us, the manufacturer.  If you need to return your Level-Loc for warranty replacement, please email us for an RMA number.  Do not send units back to us without an RMA (return merchandise authorization).  Please write the RMA number on your package.

Warranty and Legal Disclaimers: 

Level-Loc is guaranteed to arrive free of defects in materials and workmanship, and warranty shall extend for a period of 90 (ninety) days from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Warranty is non-transferable and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any alterations, uses for applications other than those intended by the manufacturer shall void any warranty expressed or implied. Level-Loc is intended as a fluid handling device for water only (purified or not) and does not include the use of any chemical additives in the water that passes through the Level-Loc unit. Level-Loc is NOT intended for use as a dosing device for kalkwasser (calcium chloride) or any other marine aquarium additives. Using Level-Loc as a doser voids all warranties, expressed or implied. Level-Loc’s warranty covers all defects in the materials that comprise the Level-Loc and the workmanship of the manufacturer. Warranty does NOT include the loss of livestock (fish and/or corals) or personal property. To obtain warranty service on your Level-Loc, please return the intact unit in its original shipping box. Enclose the original sales receipt and mail to:
