How do I recycle my resin?

Recycling works best when done in larger quantities (4 lbs +) due to the cost to ship to and from our facility.

First, you need exhausted resin.  If you don't already have more than a couple lbs on hand, purchase new resin from our shopping cart ($4 Lb) or from a vendor of your choice.  One standard 10 inch DI cartridge holds 1.25 lbs.

Save the resin as it becomes exhausted.  An empty salt mix bucket is perfect.  When you have a substantial quantity of used resin, drain it of excess water, weigh the resin itself and then package it for shipping.

Ship your resin to us.  We'll officially weigh it and create a coupon code for you for the value of the returned resin ($2.60 per pound) and notify you by email.

Purchase "Mixed Bed Resin (1Lb)" from our shopping cart ($4 per Lb) and apply the coupon code.  Each unit is one pound so make the units equal to the number of pounds you have weighed.
