How do I recycle my resin?
Recycling works best when done in larger quantities due to the cost
to ship to and from the facility.
First, you need exhausted resin. If you don't already have a
more than couple lbs on hand, purchase new resin from our shopping
site ($4 Lb) or from a vendor of your choice. One standard 10
inch DI cartridge holds 1.25 lbs.
Save the resin as it becomes exhausted. An empty salt mix
bucket is perfect. When you have a substantial quantity of
used resin, make sure it is drained of excess water and weigh it.
Purchase "Exchange Mixed Bed Resin (1Lb)" from our shopping cart
($1.40 Lb). Each unit is one pound so make the units equal to the
number of pounds you have weighed. Ship the resin to the
address in the product details.
Allow 3-4 business days and regenerated resin will be shipped to
you. The resin you receive will be as good as, if not better,
than the resin you shipped.
If there is a difference in the weight from what you purchased and
the official weight charged by the processing facility, your order
will be adjusted accordingly.
