The Float Valve

The float valve controls the flow of water into the sump.  It is made of polypropylene with a nylon bolt and wing nut.  The float can be swiveled to point in different directions to allow for obstructions in your sump.  By loosening the wing nut, the float can be adjusted up or down depending on your needs.  The water line connects to the float with a compression nut.  The unit comes fully assembled out of the box.
